Director of Kids Ministry

This is a part-time Director of Kids Ministry role focused on Redeemer City’s mission to love God, love   people, and make disciples of Jesus. The purpose of this role is to oversee Redeemer City Kids, equip and   encourage its volunteers, and come alongside parents as the primary disciple-makers of their children.   The Director of Kids Ministry will help cultivate a safe, joyful, and gospel-centered environment where   children are welcomed, cared for, and discipled toward faith in Jesus

Admin & Operations Coordinator

The Admin & Operations Coordinator is a part time role that supports Redeemer City’s mission to love God, love people, and make disciples of Jesus by helping key ministry systems run smoothly. This role focuses on administration, communication, volunteer coordination, event logistics, basic financial processes, and Sunday support. The goal of this position is to strengthen the behind-the-scenes operations of the church so pastors and ministry leaders can focus more fully on shepherding, discipleship, and ministry leadership.
