A True Freedom - Luke 13:10-17

In Luke 13:10–17, Jesus heals a woman who had been bound for eighteen years and confronts a religious leader who misunderstood the purpose of the Sabbath. This sermon shows that true freedom is not merely the absence of restriction, but freedom from bondage and freedom for love, rest, worship, and service. Through the Sabbath, the cross, and the promise of final restoration, we see that God’s law is not opposed to joy and that Jesus is the stronger Savior who sees and delivers the bowed down.
