The Identity That Lasts - Leviticus 16

Our identities are often built around roles, relationships, achievements, or communities—but all of these eventually change. Through the Day of Atonement in Leviticus 16, we see how Israel’s repeated sacrifices pointed forward to Jesus, whose sacrifice provides complete and permanent atonement for everyone who is in Christ. This new identity gives us an immediate standing before God, a secure foundation that cannot be lost, and a lifelong call to become more like Jesus.
